THE BIG REASONS WHY ASANA IS BETTER THAN TRELLO

Written by Miss Samantha Elizabeth

So why is Asana better than Trello.

The big debate as an online business owner! Which project management software is better to go with!

Both of these project management software’s are really great for getting you organized by laying out all of your tasks for you so you can get a better visual!

However, Asana is pretty much Trello, but on steroids.

Trello is great especially if you are a visual thinker. But alot of there features that can help get you more organized can get a bit lost in all of the power-ups you have to install! It is not as much of a done for you system as you may think.

On the other hand, Asana truly is a done for you system that need not alterations or powerups. It really encompasses all of those power-ups that you need to install in Trello already built-in. So just in the setup stage, you do not even have to waste any time to have Asana work for you!

Another MAJOR factor for me preferring Asana over Trello is the fact that with Trello you only have the capacity to create a board view for your tasks. Whereas in Asana, you can actually go from board view to list view to calendar view at a click with a click of a button.

Not to mention Asana’s clean layout makes it a lot more visually appealing and easy to understand who on your team is assigned what tasks and when is it due. If you do have a team of two people, or more, Asana should be your go-to software. Especially for the fact that of know who is in charge of what tasks and when they are due!

The free version in Asana is completely sufficient for entrepreneurs and small business owners just starting out in their business and is a great stepping stone to start managing your tasks like the CEO you were born to be!

So if you are looking to scale your business quickly, seamlessly and set yourself a solid foundation. Asana should be your go-to project and task management system over Trello. It will not only save you time in the setup but will give you a clean and organized layout to make your projects as streamlined as possible!

Although a lot of your decision will be up to personal preference, but I highly encourage you to take this recommendation into consideration and test both platforms out to see which works best for you as an online business owner!
